WE operate a transparent charging system, so you always know how much you are paying and what you are paying for. As a rule of thumb, rates are $35. on site & $45. off site per hour(or part thereof) for all diagnostic and repair work, plus the cost of any parts required. We also offer fixed, discounted rates on some routine maintenance tasks.

We offer intensive hourly tutoring for most software/programs;

Windows VISTA, XP, 2000, ME, 98, Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Power Point, software, programs, e-mail, web browsing, new peripherals / hardware, cameras, printers, scanners, audio, Voip, Nortel Phone Systems, video, etc...

Backup your data, From, $45

Everybody knows how important it is to keep a backup copy of your important data, in case the worst should happen. Unfortunately, very few people take the necessary precautions and are then landed with extremely large data recovery charges when their hard drives fail at an inconvenient time. (And that's if the data can be recovered!)

Our backup rates start from just $45, which covers up to 4GB of your data, backed up to a DVD for your convenience. Please see the table below for a full breakdown of our backup charges.

Supply and Install Antivirus software, $45

A leading anti virus program, offers all around protection against virus' and updates to their virus definitions, we set automatic scheaduled scans and updates.

• Anti-Virus protects from viruses, worms and trojans
• Anti-Spyware protects from spyware, adware and other malicious programs
• Anti-Spam filters spam and protects against phishing attacks

Install Additional Memory / Upgrade Memory, only $15 (Plus cost of memory)

If you computer is ageing, or you wish to run more powerful software than in the past, you may find that the memory in your machine is no longer up to the task. If this is the case, we can upgrade your memory (RAM) with the latest in memory technology, and all you pay is our low flat fee plus the cost of the memory. This service should take approximately 30mins to complete, although your new memory may have to be ordered.

Install and Setup your Wireless Network Hardware, from $45.

Everybody loves the freedom of working without wires, especially if you own a laptop. Imagine the freedom of taking your computer out to the sun-lounger in the garden to complete that tedious report, or lying in bed whilst reading your emails? Unfortunately, whilst wireless networks are easy to use, they're often not so easy to setup. Allow us to take the pain out of the process by installing your hardware and ensuring that everything is working how you want it.

All wireless network fault diagnosis and repair is charged at our hourly rate of $45.
